- Early Career (Minibike to Supersport): After starting with minibikes, Occhi moved into larger categories, including the CIV Supersport 300, where he managed to secure two top-10 finishes, gaining crucial experience in a highly competitive environment.
- R7 Cup Success: The 2023 season was his breakthrough year, where he competed in the Yamaha R7 Cup. He finished first overall out of 40 riders, achieving two victories, two fastest laps, and one pole position.
