POGOJI UPORABE SPLETNE STRANI

Ti pogoji uporabe urejajo dostop do in uporabo spletne strani kaiveho10.com (v nadaljevanju: »spletna stran«), ki jo upravlja Športno društvo Oktani (v nadaljevanju: »ponudnik«, »mi« ali »društvo«).
Z uporabo spletne strani potrjujete, da ste seznanjeni s temi pogoji uporabe, jih razumete in se z njimi strinjate. Če se s pogoji ne strinjate, vas prosimo, da spletne strani ne uporabljate.

2. NAMEN SPLETNE STRANI
Spletna stran je namenjena predstavitvi dejavnosti društva ter spletni prodaji majic, puloverjev in drugega promocijskega tekstila, ki se prodaja preko društva ŠD Oktani.
Nakupi na spletni strani so mogoči za fizične osebe, starejše od 18 let. Mlajše osebe lahko nakupe opravijo le s soglasjem zakonitega zastopnika.
3. REGISTRACIJA IN UPORABNIŠKI RAČUN
Za nakup registracija uporabniškega računa ni obvezna, razen če je izrecno navedeno drugače. Uporabnik jamči, da so vsi podatki, ki jih vnese ob naročilu, resnični, točni in ažurni.
Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do zavrnitve naročila v primeru suma zlorabe ali napačnih podatkov.
4. NAROČILA IN SKLENITEV POGODBE
Pogodba o nakupu je sklenjena v trenutku, ko ponudnik potrdi naročilo (običajno po elektronski pošti). Cene so izražene v evrih (EUR) in vključujejo DDV, razen če je izrecno navedeno drugače.
Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spremembe cen brez predhodnega obvestila. Veljajo cene, objavljene v trenutku oddaje naročila.
5. NAČINI PLAČILA
Spletna stran omogoča naslednje načine plačila:

Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spremembe ali omejitve načinov plačila.
6. DOSTAVA
Dostava se izvaja preko pogodbenega dostavnega partnerja ali z osebnim prevzemom, če je ta možnost omogočena.
Dobavni roki so informativni in lahko odstopajo v primeru višje sile ali nepredvidenih okoliščin.
7. PRAVICA DO ODSTOPA OD POGODBE
V skladu z Zakonom o varstvu potrošnikov ima kupec pravico, da v 14 dneh od prejema blaga ponudniku sporoči, da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog.
Kupec mora blago vrniti najkasneje v 14 dneh po oddaji obvestila o odstopu. Stroške vračila blaga nosi kupec.
Izdelki morajo biti nepoškodovani, nenošeni in v originalni embalaži.
8. REKLAMACIJE IN STVARNE NAPAKE
Kupec lahko uveljavlja reklamacijo v skladu z veljavno zakonodajo. V primeru stvarne napake ima kupec pravico do odprave napake, zamenjave izdelka ali vračila kupnine.
Reklamacije se uveljavljajo pisno na e-naslov društva.
9. INTELEKTUALNA LASTNINA
Vsa vsebina na spletni strani (besedila, grafike, logotipi, fotografije) je last ŠD Oktani ali se uporablja z dovoljenjem imetnikov pravic in je zaščitena z avtorskimi pravicami.
Kakršnakoli reprodukcija, distribucija ali uporaba vsebine brez predhodnega pisnega soglasja ni dovoljena.
10. OMEJITEV ODGOVORNOSTI
Ponudnik se trudi zagotavljati točnost in ažurnost informacij, vendar ne jamči za popolno brezhibno delovanje spletne strani. Ne odgovarjamo za morebitno škodo, nastalo zaradi uporabe spletne strani ali nezmožnosti dostopa do nje.
11. VARSTVO OSEBNIH PODATKOV
Varstvo osebnih podatkov je urejeno v ločenem dokumentu Politika zasebnosti, ki je dostopna na spletni strani.
12. SPREMEMBE POGOJEV
Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spremembe teh pogojev uporabe. Spremenjeni pogoji začnejo veljati z objavo na spletni strani.
13. PRAVO IN PRISTOJNOST
Za te pogoje uporabe velja pravo Republike Slovenije. Za reševanje sporov je pristojno stvarno pristojno sodišče v Sloveniji.

2. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website is intended to present the activities of the Association and for the online sale of T-shirts, hoodies, and other promotional textiles sold through the Association ŠD Oktani.
Purchases on the Website are available to natural persons aged 18 or over. Minors may make purchases only with the consent of a legal guardian.
3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
Registration of a user account is not required to make a purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise. The user guarantees that all information provided when placing an order is true, accurate, and up to date.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse an order in case of suspected abuse or incorrect information.
4. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Provider confirms the order (usually by email). Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices applicable are those published at the time the order is placed.

6. DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out via a contractual delivery partner or by personal collection, if this option is available.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to notify the Provider within 14 days of receipt of the goods that they withdraw from the contract, without having to state a reason.
The buyer must return the goods no later than 14 days after submitting the notice of withdrawal. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
The products must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging.
8. COMPLAINTS AND MATERIAL DEFECTS
The buyer may file a complaint in accordance with applicable legislation. In the event of a material defect, the buyer is entitled to have the defect remedied, the product replaced, or the purchase price refunded.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Association’s email address.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, photographs) is the property of ŠD Oktani or is used with the permission of the rights holders and is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use of the content without prior written consent is not permitted.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Provider strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Website or from the inability to access it.

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
